Em4y, LLC is a Licensed Insurance agency that converts commission-based sales that are generally bundled with multiple add on services into a fee-based ala carte service model. We feel that if our clients are aware of the net purchase price of each product or service and we are judged solely on price that we can’t be undersold.

Things get a bit more complex after the sale when service comes into play. However, after you have saved substantial dollars on the initial sale and are now purchasing only clearly defined service(s) we can help you effectively allocate those some of those remaining dollars among the necessary service providers. At Em4y we only provide Employee Benefits Insurance ( Group Life, Health, Dental, & Disability coverages ) and affiliated services to Florida Based companies with a minimum of 100 employees. We package all of our services a la cart or in service blocks allowing companies to purchase only the coverages and services they require. We sell these insurance coverages NET of commissions on a Hourly or Fixed Fee basis.

Em4y’s highest and best use is coordinating our team of specialists with your in-house counterpart . Whether it is for the CFO researching insurance options to insure the benefit cost meet budget guidelines , working with HR to create, implement and administer the your Employee Benefit program, assisting IT in maintaining or updating the HRIS system, offering training to the Management team on employee interactions, or the helping entire workforce with claims support.
